For the February Challenge, head to Kids’ Chaos for full details! Join in and don’t forget to include the hashtag: #getyourcrafton

—————————————————————————————————–

I use Instagram a lot. I like it! I can share photos of the children, what I am doing, the projects I am working on, to various platforms according to my whim. I like getting involved with hashtag challenges too: you get to forge new online relationships, be inspired by new people and get a glimpse of the lives of others who live half a world away.

And so, together with Red Ted Art, Kids Chaos, Me and My Shadow and Zing Zing Tree, we have come up with some more Insta-fun for you to get involved with. Every month there will be a craft challenge on a theme, and two weeks for you to get involved. Share your photos on Instagram, in the Facebook Group or over on Twitter, using the hashtag #GetYourCraftOn, add your link to the big GYCO linky, and we’ll pick the best ones to feature on the host blog the following month. The photos you share do not have to be of the finished work- although we would love to see it, of course- but can be of details, materials, hands little and big. Anything related to the topic. Just tag them with #GetYourCraftOn and tag us too if you want!

The First Challenge was an easy one: Hearts!

#getyourcrafton january challenge

So go, get your craft on.

You’ve got until 3rd February 2014 (this gives you the chance to get a little LOVE traffic before Valentine’s Day)Β to get involved, join the linky and have the chance to be featured! There’s a Facebook Group for more fun, advice and inspiration too, so come on over and say hello!

PLEASE INCLUDE THE HASHTAG #getyourcrafton IN ANY POSTS YOU LINK UP.Β

Don’t forget to follow your hosts to see what we’ve been up to:
