Wanted: Elf

Wanted: Elf

Elf wanted

To join a thriving, cheerful community

Underneath the eternal Christmas Tree,

An Elf is needed- girl or boy-

To help Santa Claus spread Christmas Joy.

No previous experience will be required:

Full training will be given to the candidate that’s hired.

However, a  cheery disposition is essential:

Perkiness has real promotion potential.

It would also help if you were ‘petite’

Since the factory doorways are all under five feet.

Those allergic to animals need not apply,

Since the job will entail making reindeer fly.

If you have nimble fingers and a happy heart-

A love of Christmas music would set you apart-

Then this should seem like the job  for you.

If green is one of your favourite hues,

Please apply to the address below.

Interviews will be held next month, in the snow.

To be in with a chance of winning a stay at Center Parcs for you and your family, Tots 100 are challenging you to tell us what you think it takes to be a good little helper by writing a festive poem about the Perfect Elf. When you’re done just send a tweet including the hashtag #CPFamilyBreaks to @tots100 and @CenterParcsUK, linking to your blog post that shares your family’s thoughts. This month’s challenge closes at 4pm on 28th December, so make sure you get creative before then.
