Cocoa Boutique

There’s nothing better than arriving home from a long journey than finding a box of chocolates waiting on your doorstep. If only the chocolate came with a butler who unpacked the bags for me. Sigh.

cocoa boutique review

The people at Cocoa Boutique must have known I would need the chocolates. Admittedly I had to wait until about 3am for my jetlagged stomach to want to try chocolate, but it was eventually persuaded. And whilst The Girls and I watched a movie I thrust my hand under the seal and broke open the prettiest box of chocolates I have ever seen.

Made by master chocolatiers, the box features chocolates from several artisans. It was like, well, a chocolate box. A variety. A cornucopia. A bevy of different styles and flavours. The Girls adored the buttons and the honeycomb. I really rated the Champagne Truffle (unsurprising, I know): the taste of the dried raspberry really made it pop.

And the idea that you can get a post-proof box through the mail every month filled to the brim with different chocolates is quite appealing. Until I found that the price initially was £34.95 (the subsequent monthly charge is £19.95) which is a little too much, even for me. But you super readers can benefit from an introductory offer of only £9.95– what a deal!!

Just go to: http://www.cocoaboutique.com/blog and your discount will be automatically applied. What a great idea for Christmas presents!

Lisa- I’d have been happy to share. You know me: I’m not that bothered about chocolate 😀 (That’s sarcasm for anyone reading this!!)
