So remember how I made this poured paint watering can after seeing a brilliant post on Dilly Dali art? Well the following day, I saw another fabulous post on dipped paint votives at Nest of Posies. I found a couple of Nutella glasses in the cupboard, combined the two ideas, and made poured paint votives.
I also used the same technique on an old compote jar to make a vase to hold some bamboo on DH’s window ledge. And a toothbrush holder for his toothbrush. There is a very real chance I’d have painted the dog if she’d only stood still for more than a nano-second.
