Oh the weather outside is frightful….ly cold and I have been busy inside. But 1pm today I had made and iced one one cake for a School Coffee morning, marzipanned a second and iced a third. I had two meatloaves in the oven and was also drying some orange slices to decorate the tree with. Naturally the smug feeling only lasted long enough for me to doze of and cremate the meatloaves. Not quite the season to be jolly.
What did make me very jolly when I first saw them on the Littlestuff website were the most adorable post-it notes. Grumpy Clara is simply the cutest little girl you are ever liable to meet, and she has been brought alive by Laura Clempson. Not only does Laura design the adorable little Clara paper dolls, but she updates the outfits regularly so you never get bored! I tell you, it’s been very hard work resisting the temptation to play with the Clara doll I have to give away.
Paper dolls rule.
