Recipe for Disaster

Take one sleep-deprived husband, two small perky children, one hot cup of coffeee and a momentary lapse in concentration. Mix.

This is certainly the best recipe for disaster I’ve found of late.

My laptop has suffered 30% burns and will require significant grafting for recovery. It, of course, has all my personal details, my research for articles I write for Brew Drinking Thinkings, all our photographs. Basically everything that makes my life work on a daily basis.

Aside from not being able to get work done, I am at the point of laptop withdrawal where I feel like checking in to The Priory.

I am hoping that normal service will be resumed next week. If you have tagged me, poked me, memememememememed me, I will get onto it as soon as I have the necessary apparatus. Likewise if you are holding your breath to see how wittingly and engagingly I can write about a sample you have sent me, then breathe. I’ll get to it as soon as I can.

In the meantime, can I recommend Brew Drinking Thinkings? It really is rather good.
