    Oh dear. Oops, sorry I laughed a tiny bit, but only at the literal taking of 'Silent' Sunday.

    Hope you're feeling better soon, sore throat's are awful x

    Have you tried Bergamot essential oil? Really good for bad throats, it helps me with tonsillitus. A few drops into a bottle of water. Keep cold in the fridge and gargle as often as you can with it (don't drink it!). Failing that, a nice cuppa Earl Grey x
