January is often a bleak time. There’s the bad weather, the frequent illness, the trying to balance the books after Christmas and of course the Tax Return. I should have been doing mine today. Instead DH and I got a bit carried away with a new shipment of Duplo which, incidentally, fits perfectly into the hamper that my divine Ferrero Rocher goodies came in. So, thanks to Who’s the Mummy, we no longer stumble-trip across the sitting room with a primary coloured piece of plastic wedged into the arches of our feet. But when we do get the Duplo out (and it needs to be pointed out that Daddy is the only one that can build a Zoo with the Threeva) DH and I are transported to another world. I thought you might like to be transported too, around the World, with our magic Quinny Zapp and the power of Duplo and a little (OK, a lot) imagination. |
