News has been received that the money pit now has a fully-functioning kitchen and, more importantly, heating system and….wait for it….flushing loo. So I am off to verify this for myself! Happy Easter.

I’m so pleased for you……..I’ve managed to convince David that we need a bolt hole in the country “something we can do up”…..once he recovered from my suggestion that if we get a place by the sea he could get a boat too he agreed to a day out to Rye to “look at property”. Keep us posted!!!
