I was going to post at length about the skills I think you need to be an Estate Agent….or about the “Fudge War” I had before Christmas that I simply didn’t get around to writing about. But I visited Nunhead Mum today and she wrote such an enviably accurate, not to mention funny, description of the perfect wife circa 2008, I think I’ll just point you in her direction instead.
